Everyone wants a perfect, smooth, and white skin. And to achieve this objective, we spend hundreds of dollars to skin care and beauty products. Now, I will offer you’re an economic and most importantly natural way for white and smooth skin: homemade skin whitening scrub recipe.

This recipe only has all-natural ingredients which you can easily find. So, you don’t need to worry about preservatives or paraben or any other ingredients that will risk your health.

This amazing homemade skin whitening scrub will help you to have the skin you have always dreamed of. When you use the natural DIY whitening scrub regularly, you will see the difference in no time.

Before listing our ingredients and how to prepare the mask, I should make a small warning. Since this mask has whitening property, it also has peeling effect. So, it is better to apply this homemade skin whitening scrub in winter. When you scrub your face during summer, you skin will become more sensitive to harmful effects of the sun. And this can greatly damage your skin. Therefore, to avoid such problems, use this skin scrub during winter months.

Revitalise Your Skin with Sugar Scrub: 3 Sugar Scrub Recipe

Homemade Skin Whitening Scrub Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of sugar – you can use either white or brown sugar
  • 2 table spoons of raw honey
  • 1 or 2 table spoons of Jojoba oil – you can also use olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil, or grapeseed oil
  • 2 table spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ table spoon of dried parsley – you can dry some parsley before preparing this recipe
  • 5 drops essential lemon oil – you can also use essential bergamot oil, essential sandalwood oil, and essential galbanum oil

Homemade Skin Whitening Scrub PREPARATION

Add sugar, honey, Jojoba oil (or other oil you choose), lemon juice, dried parsley, and essential lemon oil (or other essential oil you choose) in a clean bowl
Mix all the ingredients
Enjoy your homemade skin whitening scrub.

If you are not satisfied with the consistency of the mixture, you can always increase the amount of ingredients. I have tried, and this was the best consistency for me.

But, you may want thicker mixture. It is easier to apply thicker mixture. When the mixture for homemade skin whitening scrub looks like liquid, it will be hard to scrub. So, you can adjust the amount of ingredients based on your preferences.

Remember that this natural homemade skin whitening scrub is made for night use only. Because the scrub contains ingredients that can make your skin more sensitive to harmful effects on sunlight. By applying at night, you can eliminate such negative effects.

If your skin is normal or oily, you can use this homemade skin whitening scrub every night. But if you have sensitive skin, it is better to use the scrub in every two days. This way, you can protect your skin but have the peeling effect as well
