FACE BRIGHTENING LOTION

Formula 
heated water phase (70c)
Orange blossom hydroso 115.5g
Glycerin 3.75g
Heated oil phase (70c)
Orange oil ( orange peels infused sunflower oil) 8 5g
Rice bran oil 5g
Emulsifying wax 6g
Cetyl alcohol 3g
Cool down phase(at 35c )
Rosehip oil (at 35c ) 4.5g
Cool down phase B(Below 30c )
Sweet orange essential oil 0.38g
Oo PrATangerine essential oil 0.37g
Vitamin E oil 1.5g
Optiphen plus 1.5g


Procedure
Weigh out the oil water phase in separate in heat proof containers.

Place the heat proof containers on a pot containing water and allow them to heat to 70 degrees centigrade ( 70c )
When the oil and E wax are completely melted , submerge the stick blender in the oil and slowly add the water phase while blending . keep blending until your mixture turns into a smooth lotion.
After the lotion forms still keep mixing manually with a spatula or any suitable tool till the lotion cools down a bit to 35c , then you add the 'cool down phase a' and stir in well.
At about 30c or below , add the 'cool down phase b' and mix them in properly.
Pour the lotion into a bottle , wait for it to cool down completely then you cover the bottle.
