BATHS

The art of the bath is a true luxury. The pace of our modern life demands

that we be quick about most everything, but it sure is worthwhile to carve

out the time for a bath. Schedule at least an hour and dedicate this time

to incorporating at least a couple of beauty treatments into your bath

time. Set a lovely scene for yourself as your tub fills. Turn off the phone,

light some candles, and let the luxury begin! If your home doesn’t have a

bathtub, don’t despair! Invest in a washtub and give yourself a foot bath.

Surprisingly, soaking your feet is one of the best ways to absorb essential

oils and beneficial vitamins and minerals into your bloodstream. Not to

mention how good it feels to soak your tired feet in a soothing bath after a

long day’s work.

Choose a bath treatment to suit your mood or specific needs. If you’re

feeling under the weather, choose the Angel Soak for Cold and Flu and

rub some herbal-infused oil on your chest and use it as a

hand treatment. If you are in a fun, playful mood, toss a couple of Bath

Fizzies into your tub and give yourself a colorful facial using the Aztec

Honey and Wine Mask If your skin is feeling dry and itchy,

opt for a luxurious moisturizing Bath Melt and melt those cares away.

With so many fabulous options at your fingertips, a fantastic bath time

spa experience is definitely in your future!
